We are located in Barwell, just outside of Hinckley, Leicestershire. Our contact details can be found here. When looking for our workshop, look for an MOT station named ‘Dixons’, we are on that industrial estate.

In most cases, no. You pay your premium; you are a customer of the insurer – on that basis you normally have the right to take your car to whichever body shop you wish.

An appointment is not necessary but advised. Please see our booking form to arrange an appointment.

The answer to this question is simply – overheads. Compared to main dealers and large body shops we are small; the costs involved in running our business are minute compared to our larger competitors. This means we are able to offer what is often a far superior service for a much lower price.

In most cases, we require payment when the car is collected. If we need to order significant parts in advance, we may require payment for the parts prior to the job.

Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards.

In some cases, full payment of the insurance excess is required. In most cases, however, we are able to offer some form of a discount on the excess which is paid directly to us.

No. We firmly believe that quality bodywork must be carried out in suitable premises.

This very much depends on what work it is in for. Some minor scratches and scuffs can be repaired, painted and collected all within the same day. Other, more in-depth jobs will require a longer period of time.

We do offer a collection and delivery service in the LE9 and LE10 postcodes, on the basis that the vehicle is roadworthy.

We can provide you with a courtesy car, but you will need to be over 25 years old, and be able to provide your own insurance. Most insurers are happy to cover you on a courtesy car as your own vehicle is not on the road. We will require proof of insurance and a copy of your driving licence.

No. There are differing opinions about the benefits of painted/powder coated wheels, but a painted finish is in most cases much better. Additionally, the temperatures required to cure powder coat have been suggested to pose risk to the structural integrity of the alloy.

We have looked after company fleets for as long as we have been in business. We also offer discounts to employees of organisations that use our services.

In most cases, no. We of course weld on quarter panels and sills when required, but we generally do not get involved with rusty, rotten welding jobs.
